In a groundbreaking move, Hyundai Construction Equipment Europe is set to revolutionize the construction industry with the launch of their highly anticipated electric excavator, the HX19e. This compact and silent machine promises to deliver an eco-friendly and efficient solution for modern construction sites. Equipped with a powerful battery, this machine is designed to operate for a full day without emissions, making it ideal for work in noise-sensitive areas.

HX19e Is Fully Electric

The HX19e represents a significant milestone in construction equipment with its fully electric motorization. This feature makes the excavator exceptionally quiet, enhancing operator comfort and concentration. The ability to work in environments where noise is restricted is a major advantage, especially in densely populated urban areas. Moreover, the model is available in both cabin and canopy versions, providing increased flexibility for users.

Precise operation of hydraulic attachments is facilitated by fingertip control, making the excavator’s use intuitive and efficient. A hydraulic accumulator enables lowering of the boom and arm after work, ensuring the equipment is left securely. Finally, a safety valve on the bulldozer blade cylinder offers additional assurance during loading and digging.

The Excavator Can Be Charged with a Standard Car Charger

One of the HX19e’s standout features is its ability to be recharged using a standard car charger, greatly simplifying its use by eliminating the need for specialized charging infrastructure. The excavator is equipped with standard bi-directional auxiliary hydraulic piping, allowing for easy management of accessories such as hammers or shears.

World’s First Tri-Fold Smartphone Revolutionizes Tech: Unprecedented Design Sparks Global Frenzy, Redefines Future of Mobile Devices

With extendable tracks and an adjustable bulldozer blade, the HX19e offers enhanced stability on the ground. The factory-installed hydraulic line option allows any hydraulic coupler to be used for quick accessory changes from inside the cabin, thereby increasing productivity and efficiency on the job site.

13 kW Electric Motor

At the heart of the HX19e lies a robust 13 kW electric motor powered by a sturdy battery, driving an open-center hydraulic system. This setup delivers performance comparable to the mini HX19A excavator, which operates on a 12.1 kW diesel engine. With a bucket breakout force of 3,600 lbf and an arm breakout force slightly above 2,100 lbf, the excavator is capable of efficiently handling demanding tasks.

The HX19e includes a five-year subscription to the Hi MATE telematics system, allowing comprehensive monitoring of machine activity and performance. The optional remote management system uses GPS satellite technology to provide the highest level of service and product support. These features make this excavator a top choice for professionals seeking to combine performance and technological innovation.

Advanced Technology and Safety

Hyundai emphasizes advanced technology and safety with the HX19e. The excavator incorporates an automatic safety device to prevent accidental operation, ensuring safe use on the job site. Both the cabin and canopy versions are designed for maximum convenience, featuring a spacious interior and low noise levels thanks to the absence of a thermal engine.

The model is equipped with a 5-inch LCD screen, allowing easy control of machine parameters and quick access to all critical functions and operations. This IP68-rated screen for waterproofing is particularly important for canopy models, while the cabin version offers a fully glazed door for better visibility. These innovations ensure a superior user experience, combining comfort and safety.

With the launch of the HX19e, Hyundai Construction Equipment Europe establishes itself as a leader in construction equipment innovation. As the industry moves towards more sustainable and technological solutions, how will these changes influence the way we design and manage our construction sites in the future?
