Clustree raises €2.5 Million as its vision for Big Data in HR comes to life

You may have already heard of Clustree. You may even have an idea of what they do. Founder & CEO Benedicte de Raphélis Soissan has done a great job of getting her ( & her company’s) name & face out in the media early on – in fact, she’ll even tell you that she got one of her first clients, which now includes Engie, Orange & Canal+, before she had began building a product. Nowadays, Soissan doesn’t need to fake it until she makes it – she’s lining up investors, who recently doubled down on their seed investment with a €2.5 Million Series A, and clients, left & right.
When I wrote about Clustree last year,  I told how Clustree was born out of Soissan’s own experience dealing with finding her own career path inside of a big company – of course we know how that story ends. That she has managed to take her vision for how HR should operate – to the benefit of its own employees – is a major indicator towards her potential to grow Clustree to the size of Talentsoft, PeopleDoc, and other French HR solutions that have gone global.
We’ll be joined on stage at Paris Founders Event later this month by Benedicte de Raphélis Soissan talking about innovating inside of big business, alongside Doctolib founder Stanislas Noix. Tickets are all but sold out, but you can add yourself on the Wait List today, and we will release more tickets as we get closer to the event! Image via CBC
