QuandoraQuandora announced today that they have raised a $150K seed round from KIMA Ventures in order to continue growth of their white label solution for Q&A Platforms. We profiled Quandora‘s “Quora for Enterprise” last July, and it seems the company has been growing quite well since then. The company, which offers a white-label private Q&A-based knowledge management system à la Quora or StackExchange, offers its platform free of use for public use (with the option to purchase hosting from Quandora), and also offers private knowledge mangement systems for companies starting at 3$ per user per month (with a minimum requirement of 25 users).

“Quandora’s approach brings simplicity and efficiency to solve an old problem every organization faces.”

– Jeremie Berrebi, KIMA Ventures

The team says their product is being used primarily by technical teams, especially agile and distributed teams,  who want to spread knowledge among team members, as well as lower the learning curve for new team members.

“At Pivotal Labs, our team’s technical expertise and constant refining of our processes is a key reason for our success. As we’ve grown, direct interaction between Pivots is more difficult, but Quandora helps us continue to take advantage of each other’s knowledge and experience”

– Sean Beckett, IT Director at Pivotal Labs

This new funding should help the company hasten the development roadmap, as well as expand out the scope of its business development team. The company, headquarterd in Brooklyn with offices in Paris, was founded by Andreea Barroca and Bogdan Stefanescu i 2012, is currently hiring in NYC, and we look forward to their continued success.
