French startup Talentsoft will announce this week a €15 Million round of funding from Highland Capital Partners, according to l’Opinion’s Hugo Sedouramane (Update: article here in French). Founded in 2007, the talent management solution has already raised €4 Million from Seventure Partners, Alto Invest & others, and opened an office earlier this year in Benelux. Talentsoft already counts many of France’s largest companies as clients, among them Bouygues Telecom, La Poste, Groupe M6 & Darty, providing a suite of HR solutions for its clients.
The investment from Highland Capital Partners, which counts Aereo, Leap Motion, Spartoo & Wooga amongst its portfolio companies, has a reputation for investing in big-hitters, suggesting that Talentsoft may have big plans for the next few years.
There are quite a lot of companies looking to push recruitment solutions – everything from Work4 Labs’ recruitment tool for Facebook to Workable’s job offer management platform – however, Talentsoft seems to have identified the need of big companies not only to manage the recruitment process, but the entire HR workflow. The company currently counts clients in over 50 countries.
