Their patented technology seems to have pleased French retailers and eCommerce sites, so it will be interesting to see who they butt heads with internationally, and whether Social Payments will continue to grow, or whether it&#8217;s just a recent trend.<\/p>\n<p>Originally spotted by <a href=\"http:\/\/techcrunch.com\/2013\/01\/22\/buybox-raises-2-3m-from-iris-capital-and-midi-capital-for-international-rollout\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Mike Butcher<\/a>, this is the second startup from the Midi-Pyrhenes region to raise a round of funding this month &#8211; <a title=\"Phonotive raises 400K\u20ac for Touchalize, interactive ads for mobile.\" href=\"https:\/\/www.rudebaguette.com\/2013\/01\/16\/phonotive-raises-400ke-for-touchalize-interactive-ads-for-mobile\/\">Phonitive<\/a>\u00a0raised 400k\u20ac from regional angels and funds.
