Now, Giorgi says that EatWith is\u00a0shifting to a model similar to France&#8217;s <a title=\"La Belle Assiette raises $1.7m seed round to further accelerate their rapid growth\" href=\"https:\/\/www.rudebaguette.com\/2014\/10\/21\/la-belle-assiette-raises-1-7m-seed-round-accelerate-rapid-growth\/\">La Belle Assiette<\/a>, which raised $1.7 Million at the end of last year to put professional chefs in touch with end users.<br \/>\nMarket consolidation is normal for marketplaces, however the &#8216;Airbnb for Meals&#8217; model\u00a0symbolizes the first wall\u00a0that startups touched in the dark room that is The Sharing Economy.
