With 45 million users worldwide and the only European start-up to have been selected for the US administration&#8217;s\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/prezi.com\/connected\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">ConnectED<\/a>, Prezi is\u00a0one of Europe&#8217;s biggest success stories at the moment.<\/p>\n<p>Three additional winners of Europioneers Awards were also announced last week, including:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Founder of e-learning startup\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.alumn-e.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Alumn-e<\/a> Guillermo Garcia\u00a0named\u00a0Young European Web Entrepreneur of the Year<\/li>\n<li>Cofounder of IMASTE (exited in 2012 to\u00a0<span style=\"color: #505050;\">ON24 Inc) and\u00a0<\/span>currently <a href=\"http:\/\/cartodb.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Vizzuality\/CartoDB<\/a> COO Miguel Arias named\u00a0Growth Web Entrepreneur of the Year \u2013 Gazelle Award<\/li>\n<li>Founder and managing director of mobile payment platform <a href=\"https:\/\/www.paij.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">paij<\/a>\u00a0Sylvia Klein named\u00a0Female Web Entrepreneur of the Year<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #505050;\">Since 2013, the\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"il\" style=\"color: #222222;\">Europioneers<\/span><span style=\"color: #505050;\">\u00a0competition has sought to put the spotlight on Europe&#8217;s most promising Web Entrepreneurs . The objectives of the award are to identify and recognize successful European web innovation, as well as to promote the role web entrepreneurs play in European society and encourage other Europeans to move towards entrepreneurship.
