Pricing Assistant announced on their blog this week that they have raised €500K from 5 Angel Investors, naming Nicolas Vauvillier, former COO of LeGuide, amongst their investors. Pricing Assistant won the LeWeb London startup competition earlier this year, and is a graduate of Season 4 of LeCamping. Having previously co-founded free music platform Jamendo, and current co-organizer of the DotConferences series as well as the Paris Tech Talks, co-founder Sylvain Zimmer is quite versed in the Paris startup ecosystem as well as the trials and tribulations of entrepreneurs.

The service, which allows eMerchants  to track prices of products across various vendors in order to weigh their price against their competitors, is pretty straightforward, and will likely be attractive the margin-chasing, competitive landscape of eCommerce.

Along with their announcement, Pricing Assistant announced a new startup hub, Le 39, based in the Sentier district. The new space, which already counts Techstars NY alum Sketchfab amongst its inhabitants, is open to more startups, and will likely be the new venue for much of Zimmer’s monthly event activity.
