Indian Giant Tata to open office in Euratechnologies for its consulting arm

Tata Consultancy Services LogoIndian Giant Tata has announced it will be opening up an office in the Euratechnologies ICT Cluster in Lille for its consulting subsidiary, Tata Consulting Services. TCS has been operating in France for five years already, and, according to Invest in France, “its choice reflectsits confidence in France, the buoyancy of the market and France’s innovation capacity to help achieve TCS’ goals.” According to TCS’s website, the company’s mission is to help customers achieve their business objectives by providing innovative, best-in-class consulting, IT solutions and services.

While TCS has already been operating in France for 5 years, this new office will initially hire 34 employees, ad will allow TCS to strengthen ties with retailers in Northern France, and expand to a larger office over the years.

Hosting 100+ companies, including the corporate headquarters to games studio Adictiz, an acceletaor/incubator for early-stage startups, and local offices for Microsoft and other multinationals, Euratechnologies has steadily grown a name and a reputation for innovation outside of France, putting Lille on the map as a technology cluster, alongside Nantes, Sophie-Antipolis, Strasbourg, Grenoble, Bordeaux & Toulouse.
